My love for this craft began before I ever picked up shears: watching my mother transform women at our kitchen table, understanding even then that hair was never really about hair. It was about the moment someone meets their reflection again. More herself, more radiant, more sure.
I've been perfecting this craft since sixteen. Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami Beach, each city sharpening my eye, my Vidal Sassoon training giving me the precision I still chase today. This work is an intimacy few professions offer. A client places her confidence in my hands, and I don't take that lightly. It's not vanity. It's artistry in service of how a woman moves through the world.
What's never grown old, after 25-plus years, isn't the technique. It's the exhale. The instant a client sees herself fully realized. That's the entire business. Beauty, done right, starts from the inside and becomes visible.
